In 2011 Datatec Thailand was established by Thanawut Inphrom or also known as Ton. Datatec is known for being the first brand in Thailand to create ECU chips for gasoline vehicles. Later in time they started to create ECU's for Diesel Vehicles and Motorcycles.

In the year 2019 Datatec started focusing on producing products that will increase the performance of vehicles.  The products that were produced are reusable air filters and throttle controllers. As of now Datatec has a total of 1 I distributors worldwide, including countries such as Pakistan, New Zealand, Australia, and Hong Kong. Year by year Datatec will keep creating products for the enthusiast of automotive products.
